Our Tennis Australia certified program ANZ Hot Shots is the perfect entry point for children as young as five years old to start on our tennis pathway.
This starter program teaches kids basic tennis fundamentals including technique, co-ordination and rallying skills in a well-structured, fun environment and has been developed to allow children to learn, play the game and progress at their own rate.
The little ones don’t have to miss out either – our Blue Stage Launch Pad lessons are perfect for tots under 5, with the focus on developing key motor skills needed for the ANZ Hot Shots coaching program.
The young players that are advancing through our Junior Pathway are encouraged to join our invitation only squad training sessions and play in our Match Play Series as well as competitions and tournaments representing Hensmans Tennis Club.
