Every Cardio Tennis session is focused on getting you a great, high-energy workout! In fact, it doesn’t matter if you’ve never played tennis before.
Our coaches will mix up the activities to cater for all skill and fitness levels, bringing together a variety of cardio workouts, a range of fun tennis drills, all to a high-energy soundtrack.
You’ll use low-compression balls and a variety of equipment, such as agility ladders, skipping ropes and more!

What equipment do I need to play?
If you have a tennis racquet bring this along, if you don’t have one just come along we can supply one.
Don’t forget your water bottle, you will need this!
How long are the sessions?
Each morning Cardio Tennis session lasts for 60 minutes evening sessions 45 minutes.
How many calories do you burn?
Each Cardio Tennis session, women will burn between 1260 and 2100 kilojoules per hour, and men will burn around 2100–3360 kilojoules per hour – Tennis Industry Association
